After you've completed your payment using PayNow or PayLah!, please follow these steps:

Is self-collection possible?

Yes, you can opt for self-collection at Jurong West St 81.
If you'd like to personally pick up your order, simply send us a direct message with your order number to arrange a convenient self-collection time after your payment.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee for islandwide orders is a flat rate of $9.

Our delivery days are from Thursday through to Saturday. If you place an order between Sunday to Wednesday, you can expect to receive it within the same week on one of the delivery days.

However, orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be delivered on the following Thursday to Saturday of the next week.

Do you offer scheduled date and time delivery?

If you need a customized delivery at a specific date and time, it is available for an islandwide fee of $15.

Can I consolidate pre-order and in-stock items for combined delivery?

Here's a tip to help you reduce shipping expenses: If you've already confirmed and paid for pre-order (PO) items, you can include in-stock items while waiting for the PO items to arrive, and we'll ship them together. Please keep us informed about your PO order to ensure a prompt delivery.

Please note that this option does not apply if you order pre-order items after purchasing in-stock items from us.

Pre-order items typically have an estimated arrival time of 3-4 weeks.
